Customer - Web Portal Approvals with saved records becomes blank when screen is reopened/ refreshed

Description Steps to reproduce:   1. Go to Sales \| Maintenance \| Customers   2. Open an existing customer   3. Go to General tab screen - Web Portal Approvals   4. Add and save approvals   !pastedImage_d97853_0.png!   5. Close then reopen Customer screen (or click Refresh button)   Expected result: Saved approvals should remain displayed   Actual result: Saved approvals were removed/ not displayed anymore in the screen   !pastedImage_d97853_1.png!
