Provide SP to return the lowest price for an item considering Retail price, Pricing level and Promotional Pricing.
This will be used for contract Best Price Only option for Petro contracts. Comparing the inventory price to contracted price and passing on the lowest price to the Customer. If the inventory price is lower than the contact, then the inventory price will be used and quantity will not be applied to the contract.
