POS items missing when quantity on hand <= 0

Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-209967 - Design – Point of Sales Scanning Requirement|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-209967] In the POS environment, if there is actual product on the shelf, we need to be able to scan it and sell it.   Currently, only products with on hand > 0 is showing in the screen to sell. Although, this is the ideal situation, this is not a realistic environment for the store.   Sometimes the qty on the shelf is different from qty on hand in the back office accounting software.   Steps:   1. Sales > POS > Login   2. Sell an item that has 0 on hand.   Issue: The item is not in the find list. (allowed list)   Requirements:   * We should be able to sell items with negative or zero on hand in the POS menu.
