Currently there is no way to get a report of Entity (Customer or Vendors) that are setup with EFT Information.
Requirement:
* Create a Grid with all EFT information fields available and Entity # and Entity Name.
* Display as a Tab with Vendor Search Grid for those vendors with EFT information.
* Display as a Tab for Customer Search Grid for those customers with EFT information.
