Provide a simple Customer Aging Report that can be used for reporting based on the spec of customer aging on the following link.

To summarize:
Input - Customer(s). If blank, all customers should be reported.
Input - As of Date - Run report as of the date selected based on open AR at that date
Output - Customer Name
Output - Use AR columns of dates based on spec for open AR balance.
Should be able to easily export to Excel.
Needs a very basic header:
* Company Name
* Customer Aging Report
* As Of Date
