Issue:
* CF Transactions are getting Partially Posted by AR and causing corrupt data.
Steps to recreate:
# Enter Transaction in Card Fueling
# Post Transaction in Card Fueling
# Unpost Transaction in Card Fueling
# Open Sales > Batch Posting
# Unposted Transaction will show up and Can Be Posted
# This has the Transaction showing as Unposted in Card Fueling, and it will give errors when trying to post.
Requirement;
* CF Tran should only be allowed to be Posted or Unposted from the Card Fueling processes.
* Sales Invoices with CF Tran should be omitted from Batch Posting screen
