+ *Steps:* +
1. Restore the customers database. See environment for db backup.
2. Go to Sales > Customers.
3. Look up customer# 04428.
4. Go to Customer tab > Misc.
Service Charge is set to 02.
5. Go to Sales > Customer Aging Report.
6. Generate AR aging report for the same customer from step#3.

7. Go back to Sales > Calculate service charge.
8. Look up the same customer from step#3.
9. Post Preview.

Old forgiven service charge invoice is showing. More customers with service charge set to 02 are not calculating finance charges. Only customers with 01 service charge code are calculating finance charges.
Please provide a patch to deploy to customer.
Upgraded customers db to i21_17.3.0104.222 but still would not calculate service charge.
