Steps:
1. Create Sales Order.
2. Select Customer.
3. Click Add Recipe.
4. Select Recipe.
Issue: If there are several locations and a recipe is created per location, it is difficult to tell which recipe is for which location.
Acceptance criteria: Add Location column in Add Recipe to Sales Order / Add Recipe to Invoice screens.
