Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-206269 - Customer Inquiry F9 is timing out "Server Busy"|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-206269]     *Steps to replicate:*   # Go to Sales > press F9 key. # Search for Customers name.     *Issue:*   F9 is used frequently, when filtering customers, it is sending error Server Busy.       *Acceptance:*   Server busy error should not be displayed when filtering customer.
