Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-206315 - Customer ANDERSONLA should be $0 - Origin had the incorrect balance|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-206315] Version: 17.1.0406.32   Database: 01   *Steps to replicate:*   # Restore the FB database. # Go to Sales >> Customer aging report. # Then generated the report.   *Issue:*   * Customer Aging Balance does not balance to GL Balance. * GL summary is not displayed on the General Ledger Balance column.   I've attached the report to show which customers are out of balance. We need data fix and to recreate the issue. AT the end of the year we wrote off COP/CPP records in the Receive Payment Details. General Ledger was updated correctly, but the Customer Aging does not appear to be correct.   *Acceptance:*   * Aging balance and GL balance should the same. * 0 GL summary should also be displayed on the GL balance column.
