Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-203798 - zero balance customers with statements printed|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-203798] Version: 17.3.1103.133   + *Steps:* +   1. Restore the customers database. See environment for db backup.   2. Go to Sales > Customers.   3. Press F9.   4. Look up customer #23246 and open.   Result:   Customer has zero balance.   5. Go back to Sales > Customer Statements.   6. Set filter to Print Zero Balance to False.   7. Select customer from step #4.   8. Generate.   Or simply generate a customer statement of customer with zero balance using source database.   Upgraded customers backup copy to 17.3.1108.140 but still the same.   + *Result:* +   Zero balance customers with statements still being printed.
