*Steps to recreate:*
# Create a Sales Order for an inventory Item and Click the “Save” Button
# Complete Inventory Shipment Enter the “Quantity”, for this scenario enter a quantity less than the “Order Qty”
# Complete the Lot Tracking section
# Click the “Post” button
*Issue:* The Sales Order “Order Status” Should be updated to “Partial” but it is updated to closed
