1. Restore customers database. See environment for db backup.
2. Go to sales.
3. Click customer statements under reports.
4. Set everything to false.
5. Select customer #03533.
6. Click generate.

Credits and prepayments is not showing.

7. Go to sales > customers.
8. Select the same customer from step# 5.
9. Go to additional > consumtion sites.

Customer has a prepaid balance of $74.19

+ *Accepted:* +
1. Aging details should be independent of the parameter. Whether it is set to print credit balance is true or false, print zero balance, print only past due, date in between.
2. Should match with customer aging.
3. Should apply to all statement format.
4. Aging details must always be as of the date the report is run.
