Steps to Recreate:
1. Create a transport load in Transports using an item code with tax on tax code. Calculate the tax amounts.
2. Create an invoice in Sales directly for the same customer, same location, same it, amount, ship to. etc.
Issue: Notice that transports is not calculating tax on tax. However, Sales invoice is.
Requirements:
1. Make sure to verify/test receipts tax on tax.
2. Make sure to verify/test sales tax on tax.
