When entering an invoice that is associated with a Site from Tank Management the invoice is looking at the "Sales Tax" check box from the consumption site to determine if sales tax is charged.
However, it is applying to ALL taxes, not just sales tax. When the box is checked, all taxes are applied on the invoice, ignoring any other setup such as exemptions. When it is unchecked, no taxes are applied.
The check box should apply to only sales tax. Any customer exemptions should take precedence. So if the box is checked, but customer is exempt from sales tax, then sales tax should not be applied.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Tank Management \| Consumption Site
2. Open a consumption site
3. Uncheck Sales Tax checkbox
4. Click Save toolbar button
5. Go to Sales \| Activities \| Invoices
6. Add a Tank Delivery invoice for customer in the above Consumption Site
7. Enter grid details including Item, Site, Shipped quantity
8. Click Save toolbar button
Expected result: Tax Codes with Tax Class 'Sales Tax' should exempted and not calculated
Actual result: All taxes are exempted
