While attempting to edit tax exemptions, the UI will stop working correctly. Screen elements show, but don't load any data. CLicking on different menu options will not work once triggered.
So far happening for a customer that was converted. Possibly related to conversion. May need to test in specific envinronment to reproduce.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Sales Maintenance > Customers
2. Open an existing customer
3. Go to Customer > Taxing > Exemptions
4. Click any State column value
Expected result: State column should be clicked without any error
Actual result: Console error is displayed; No values are displayed when clicking drop down buttons (e.g. Item Category); Blue screen will be displayed when opening other screens
