*Issue:*
For conversions we won't want to set a Customer Location for Tax exemptions or special pricing entries.
*Acceptance:*
When converting from Origin we should not set a Customer Location, so that the entry would apply to all locations. This would mimic setup in Origin. Also, if customer locations were later added pricing and exemptions would not apply to the new location.
