As stated in http://jira.irelyserver.com/browse/AR-3473, quantity value is now allowed to have decimal value.
As discussed, If quantity of item has decimal value, item count will be removed and for quantity value with without decimal, item count should display total of item quantity.
*Acceptance:*
1. Remove Item Count in POS Main Screen if quantity has decimal value
2. Remove Number of Items in POS Receipt
