Restore the customers database. See environment for file location.   2. Go to Sales > Reports > Customer Statements Report.   3. Generate with customer name blank.   + *Result:* +   Its producing customer statement of inactive customer.   i.e.   Customer #001005.   + *Accepted:* +   Should not produce statement for inactive customers. If a user needs to generate statement of inactive customers, they should set it first to active.
