Before, their only issue was the report does not balance. Now after upgrade, they can no longer generate the report.   + *Steps:* +   1. Connect to the customers server remotely. See environment.   2. Sales > Reports > Customer Statement Report.   3. Use below parameter.   customer # 63388.   Running Balance.   Statement Date = 9/27.   + *Result:* +   !pastedImage_d83340_0.png!
