Customer just recently upgraded to latest maintenance release i21_17.1.0926.249 after I recommended them to upgrade. Before, their only issue was the report does not balance. Now after upgrade, they can no longer generate the report.
+ *Steps:* +
1. Connect to the customers server remotely. See environment.
2. Sales > Reports > Customer Aging Report.

This doesnt happen on my local with the latest backup without company name.
