1. Connect to iRely - 1&1 Servers > 1&1 Hosted APP.
2. Login to Rhoads Energy.
3. Go to Sales > Tax Report Grid.

This doesnt happen on my local. They just recently to the latest maintenance release. I tried to reindex their database, twice recycle the app pool but never worked.
