Steps to Recreate:
1. Create an item code type Comment.
2. Create an invoice with using a regular item with ship amount, price, total.
3. Insert another line using the item setup in #1.
4. Print the invoice.
Issue: Since the comment type item is just a line item message on the invoice, it should not print information on the invoice that is not pertinant to that line/item.
* Remove the ordered, shipped, discount, tax, price, total.
* If possible, do not wrap. This message can be lengthy.
