Steps to Recreate:
1. Create an item code type Comment.
2. Create an invoice with regular item code with calculation. Insert another line item in invoice screen using the item code type comment setup in #1.
Issue: Post the invoice. Unable to post invoice when there is line item that is type comment. Receiving error message that UOM is required. UOM is not required nor is it required for setup in item.
