Restore the customers database. See environment.   Or   Access the customers server remotely via iRely 1&1 hosted app screen connect.   2. Open IIS.   3. Browse jerrhoLive.   4. Go to Sales > Reports > Customer Aging Detail Report.   5. Select report parameter.
