Steps to Recreate:
1. Run the query to check how many payments is in origin table agpaymst. Total count is 1498.

2. System Manager > Utilities > Origin Conversions > Sales > Import Payments. Notice the record count does not match. Why? Please provide information in what will not import.

3. Then I received Foreign Key error after clicking Yes.

Requirements:
1. Provide why there is a difference in payment count between origin table and what will import.
2. Provide information on what the foreign key error for future conversion knowledge.
3. Provide fix for the error to complete conversion of Payment.
