Filename: lasbro01_08012017.7z
2. Sales > Batch Printing.
Transaction Type = Letter
Letters = Final Overdue Collection Letter.

According to Spec, Final Collection Letter is Over 120 days.
We should have at least SI-8820 for customer MID-AMERICA to print a letter when Final Overdue Collection letter. As Adrian mentioned earlier, we will have development fix the issue.
Invoice Due date = 1/31/2017 + 120 days = 6/1/2017 makes it 121 days.
These invoices should show on 120+ days Final Collection Letter.
