Currently, we only have the following criteria in Batch Printing customer statements.

The customer would like to email and batch print customer statements. However, they are not able to select certain settings like we can do in Customer Statement Report.
Requirements:
* Include the customer statement report filter criteria into the Batch Printing customer statement.
* Then delete the Customer Statement reports from Reports Menu.
