Business Reason: When the end customers received their Customer statement, they are looking at the Credit Limit section thinking it is their credit balance. Meaning, they think they have a credit on account and they do not owe money.
Requirements:
* Add indicator in Customer Entity !pastedImage_d78297_0.png!
* If indicator is checked, print the credit limit information on customer statement.
