1. Create an invoice for a customer with tax group.
2. Enter a taxable item.
3. Enter a discount %
Issue: The percentage Tax calculation should be after discount.
Ex: Price is $15,325 with discount of 50%. Subtotal is $7662.50
Tax = $7662.50 X 6.5% Tax = $498.06
