After the requirements in EM-2010 and AR-4840, we need to add validation to not allow calculate service charge for the same month end date in Customer entity Last Service Charge Date.
This will prevent the customer from calculating service charge and posting it to the customers account. Normally, service charge by customer balance will only be done at month end before statements go out.
