This is found in 17.1.0512.63.
A Transports Load can have more than one BOL (1st screenshot in Comment). When such a Load is posted, the Sales Invoice it creates takes the BOLs in the header (2nd screenshot), causing the PDF file to have all BOLs to be displays for each Line Item. The correct behavior is:
# TR BoL goes with the Item, and
# The PDF displays the correct BoL for the corresponding line item.
