1. Standard invoice processed from provisional invoice should have price column editable.

2. Price column in the provisional invoice has to be editable.

3. Display provisional invoice total amount in the bottom of the invoice screen as shown in the below screenshot. Provisional invoice amount has to be displayed in -ve. Total amount should deduct the provisional invoice amount and remaining will be payable by customer or credit to customer.
