# Open a Customer record and go to Misc tab
# Set Statement Format = Running Balance
# On Sales \| Reports \| Customer Statement Report, set Statement Format = Running Balance
*Issue:*
* Running Balance statement is not showing customer address and does not fit in a standard windowed envelope the same way that a sales invoice does.

*Acceptance:*
Running Balance Report should display the customers addres and should fit in a standard windowed envelope.
