Steps to Recreate:
1. Select an entity with open Sales Invoice that will have a statement to print.
2. Go into entity and set their statement type to "Running Balance".
3. Change the Customer location field name to a different name than the Print Name field.
Issue:
When you print the statement for the customer, it will print the entity name, location name, and address. We need to only print the Printed Name shown for the bill to location.
