1. Use the customers database or connect to my environment.
2. Process dunning letters "30 day overdue collection" letter, the "60 day overdue collection" letter or the "final overdue".

Unable to process delinquent letters, through Batch Printing. no customers are brought up.
+ *Note:* +
Upgraded customers db to 17.1.0331.28 but letter selection didnt show up.
Upgraded to 17.1.0411.35. but still blank.
