Steps to Recreate:
1. Created Price Only Quote. Make sure to change the default price so it is different from the item retail price. Process the Quote
2. The Quote turns into a Sales Order. Changed the amount ordered from default of 1 to 10. Notice the price will default back to the item price. Since this is price only quote, the price should remain as the original price from the quote.
