Invoice cancellation / credit note print feature.
On cancelling the invoice, it would generate a credit note (full credit) and user cannot unpost/delete the original invoice
they can print the credit note for this
inventory depleted will come back so that another invoice can be created again.
they will print a credit note invoice print to customer.. it
credit note print will have a next invoice #
it will look exactly like invoice with item, price and qty.. except bank details would not be there..
usually once invoice is generated they will send the pdf copy to customer on the same day.. immediately..
credit note print will be sent before customer making any payment against this invoice.. so that customer stop proceeding with payment..
credit note print is a legal proof for customer that earlier invoice is cancelled and they no longer owe for it.
important.. credit note print will have the original invoice # printed
