While trying to integrate other subsystems, we have encountered new usability issues with prepaids.
1) Prepaids not showing up on prepaid tab
Per prepaid spec; [http://inet.irelyserver.com/display/AR/16.2+Prepaids+for+Sales] , we need to display prepaids on the prepaid tab for selection and application. It looks like the prepaids are no longer showing. The list of applicable prepaids need to show for selection and application.
WILL BE HANDLED BY TICKET MANAGEMENT TEAM IN 17.2
2) Posting from Distributed Scale Tickets
CURRENT: When a user currently distributes from scale ticket, current procedure has the invoice automatically post. This is causing additional work for the users as they have to unpost to adjust or add prepaids, and then repost.
ADJUSTMENT: When a user distributes from scale ticket, we should create an unposted invoice. Then a user will be able to add prepaids prior to posting the invoice.
