In 17.1, CRM is using the SM Letter in sending email to customer. CRM saves those letter in tblCRMCampaignCommunication with a foreign key to tblSMLetter. The "Delete" then "Insert" script on i21Database\Scripts\Post-Deployment\AR\DefaultData\23_AddDefaultCollectionLetters.sql will have an error on deployment if the letter is being used in CRM or in other module.
