Steps to Recreate:
1. Create a prepayment and pay (unit)
2. Create an invoice for the same customer for the same product for a lower total.
3. Try to apply the prepayment using the prepayment tab for partial payment.
Notice that you cannot apply partial amounts.
Requirement:
You should always be able to apply partial amounts in prepayment tab regardless of the kind of prepayment.
