Business Reason:
When I used the option to import Sales from a CSV - it Debits the A/R account and Credits the Service Charge Account
if this routine is going to be used for importing open ar when a customer go live we would never want to credit Service Charges.
Normally this will be an A/R Conversion Account which is set up as an asset and G/L account category of General.
Although we should not lock it down by a spefic field in the system, rather let's allow the user to select a GL account in the file.
