Description ADDED   We need to add another check option called "Detail" to the Print Criteria. When detail is checked, the statements will print in the detail format instead of the standard format.   The goal is we can consolidate customer statement printing/email fully into this screen and remove the two report viewer options. All statements can be processed and run through the batch screen.       PREVIOUS   Add email functionality to Customer Statements. Need ability to send individual statements and through batch email.   This should work identical to how we use batch email for invoices and others. Use filters on the front page.   NEED:   +As of Date+ - As of date has to be identified to properly create/select Customer Statements. As of date will be primary driver of list on detail tab.   +Statement Forma+t - For now we need to include this due to performance issue. Filter to a specific format and limit to showing those. Long-term, statement format is selected on the entity and we should not limit to one format. When a customer runs monthly statements, they anticipate running statements regardless of format selected.
