1 - Entity field is not multi-selection. Should allow multi-selection.
2 - Grid area is still showing the Entity Name column. Should show Commission Plan column only.
3 - Adjust for Previous checkbox is displayed. Hide this checkbox.
4 - Create Through Payables and Process Through Payroll checkboxes are disabled. Enable these options.
