Description + *Steps* +:   - Open an EFT Information record or create a new one   - Make sure to select/enter an Effective Date   - save the changes then close the screen   - reopen it then verify the Effective Date field   + *Issue* +:   - date is decremented   + *Acceptance* +:   - Should save the entered/selected date
