We need to gap quoting function into sales order screen. This will eliminate need for two screens for functions that are very similar. To gap Sales Order to Quoting, we need the following:
* Add a check box titled "Quote". If checked, this will be treated as a quote instead of a sales order.
* If "Quote" checkbox is checked, we need to add the following:
** Status from quoting perspective
** Adjust grid to only show relevant columns
** Add Template
** Add Preliminary Quote Checkbox
* If in quote status, we can still used quote templates etc. If a quote is printed, it will print with all the template items.
