Can delete record that is already utilized by another screen

Description + *Steps* +:   - open a customer record   - go to Setup tab > Grain tab   - assign a Market Zone then Save the changes   - open the Market Zone screen then delete the zone used by the customer record   + *Acceptance* +:   - should not be able to delete records that is already used by other records.   - Affected screens: Market Zone, Account Status Codes, Salesperson, Customer Group, Service Charge
