Delta has need for the previous tax repoting we had. We should keep the tax reporting grid and add back the tax reporting we had previously in 15.3.
I would change the name of the 15.4 grid to "Tax Report Grid"
I would add "Tax Reporting" under the Reports section and add back the 15.3 tax reports.
