If an invoice is generated and linked to a provisional invoice, when the invoice is emailed or printed, we always need to *email/print* the provisional invoice along with the standard invoice.
*Steps to re-create:*
# Create a Provisional Invoice.
# Process the Provisional Invoice.
# Click on Print button.
# This should also be sent to email like an standard Invoice.
