A Federal Government Customer might have more than 1 location. However, not all of their locations are registered to the state.
+Requirement:+
Add Account Status in Customer Location similar to the current Status in Customer to determine the locations that are registered

This will serve as a basis for fetching transactions for Sales to the Federal Government. Include Customer Account Status Code will look at the Status Code of Customer Location first, else at the Status Code of the Customer.
